Chromebook Support

If you are having trouble with your Chromebook, send a description of the issue you are experiencing along with your name and school to the following email address. Tech support will reach out as soon as possible.

Beginning Monday, November 30th, A+ Virtual Tutoring will be offered again in the library via Google Meet during Intervention Time from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m., Monday through Friday.  Tutors will be in person at MHS in the library.  Students needing additional help will sign in via the lookup code: (MHSAPLUSTUTORING) from home.  Tutoring is optional and all tutors must provide their own transportation.  There will be no bus transportation provided for A+ Tutoring. Mrs. Shannon will send out a google form each Wednesday for A+ Tutors to complete, if they are interested in tutoring.  A confirmation email will be sent from Mrs. Shannon by the end of the week to those individuals that have secured a tutoring date.




 Anyone interested in joining FBLA, Future Business Leaders of America,  needs to email Mr. Kalmes at kalmesb@msdr9.org.

AP Payment and Information:

 

Two steps to sign up for AP testing:

1. Students must have one single College Board account (if you have more than one please contact AP and merge your accounts).  

  • AN AP EXAM CANNOT BE ORDERED FOR YOU IF YOU HAVE NOT JOINED YOUR AP COURSE ONLINE
  • INDICATE “YES” FOR EXAM FOR THE COURSE
  • KEEP YOUR AP ACCOUNT LOGIN INFORMATION FOR FUTURE REFERENCE

2. Students will then go to RevTrack to choose which AP tests they are wanting to take, and make their payment. APPaymentRevtrackMHS, unless you have Free/Reduced lunch. Please contact Mrs. Hellwig if you receive Free/Reduced lunch to receive the AP Form to make your payment.

 

  • Fall Registration - Exam ordered by Wednesday, November 4, 2020.  $98 per exam (unless you have Free/Reduced lunch $53 per exam ). If you are a student that currently receives Free & Reduced lunch, please contact Mrs. Hellwig, hellwigc@msdr9.org. 314-467-6102, to receive the AP Form to fill out.
  • Late Registration- Ordered between November 14-March 12 . $98+$40 fee=$138 per exam  
  • ACCOMMODATIONS: If you have an IEP or 504 plan and wish to apply for testing accommodations, please reach out to Mrs. Hellwig, hellwigc@msdr9.org. 314-467-6102. An IEP or 504 plan does not automatically guarantee testing accommodations.

  • Early Dismissals: Parents, if your student has an early dismissal, please remember to call the attendance office ahead of time so that your student will be able to leave on time as needed.
  • In the event school is closed due to inclement weather, staff and parents will be notified via SchoolMessenger alert (text, app notification, phone call and/or email). You can also check our website, mehlvilleschooldistrict.com, or watch KMOV, KSDK or KTVI for closure information.
